About me
I am an author, Life coach and Mindfulness teacher with a passion to empower others.
As a writer as well as in life in general I have experienced first hand what it means to be stuck. Fortunately, I also know it is possible to break free from unwanted and limiting beliefs to live a fulfilling and wholehearted life.
Over the years I have learned how I can connect to my true self to stay present and focused, and to keep my inner critic at bay.
I am passionate about empowering others to find new direction and live their best life.

My background
Author
I am a writer of nine critically acclaimed novels, two of which are translated to other languages. Recurring themes in my novels are communication, relationships and finding your true voice.
During my career as a writer I have participated in and organized literature events and festivals, given lectures and been a moderator of book talks.
I enjoy teaching writing workshops, and share my experience both in creative writing and how writing can be a powerful tool for new insights and self-awareness.
Life Coach
I am a ICF certified Transformational Coach as well as a certified Life Coach from Hong Kong University, where I currently live. In my coaching I strongly believe that you already know the answers to your life questions My job is simply to facilitate your thinking in order to gain greater clarity and self-assurance.
Mindfulness- and Yoga teacher
I am a Ashtanga teacher trained by Alexander Medin, Norway, and Yin Yoga teacher by David Kim in Hong Kong. I have a certificate in Mindfulness teaching from the UK College of Mindfulness in Oxford. As a mindfulness teacher I can help you develop your own mindfulness practice that may benefit both your mental and physical health.

Life Coaching
I’m here to help you thrive both in your career and in life in general. I offer 1-to-1 transformational conversations where you get the chance to take a new direction to have more balance, inspiration and fulfillment in your life.
Private Mindfulness and/or Yoga class
Having a daily Mindfulness and Yoga routine can enhance your well being and feelings of joy and gratitude.
I offer individual 1-to-1 sessions, in mindfulness-based practices and yoga, both online and in person.
Courses and workshops
In my writing workshops you will learn how to use writing as a tool for self awareness, as well as in a creative way.
I also offer The 8-week Mindfulness Now program aimed at groups to help with stress and anxiety, as well as emotional resilience.
